Speakers are allotted up to two (2) minutes and may not cede time to others. Individuals attending in person are asked to complete a speaker slip and submit it to the Executive Assistant prior to speaking. Zoom participants should use the “Raise Hand” feature when the item is called.

Technical Notice: The District intends to provide public access to this meeting via Zoom; however, should technical difficulties occur, the meeting will continue in person and be broadcast live on Albany KALB-TV, consistent with Brown Act requirements.
