Albany Unified School District (AUSD) is a small, diverse, and high-achieving public school district serving the city of Albany, California. Our mission is to provide an excellent education that empowers every student to reach their fullest potential. We are committed to equity, inclusion, and rigorous instruction that prepares students to thrive in a diverse and changing world.

AUSD serves approximately 3750 students across preschool through grade 12 in six schools: three elementary schools, one middle school, one comprehensive high school, and one continuation high school. We are proud of our engaged community, dedicated staff, and strong partnerships with families and local organizations.
