- Route Planning & Dispatching: Establishes and schedules van routes and pickup times while handling daily dispatch duties to ensure efficient student transport.
- Driver Scheduling & Training: Coordinates driver schedules, arranges substitute drivers, and assists with personnel orientation and in-service training programs.
- Vehicle Maintenance & Safety: Conducts vehicle inspections, reports damages or needed repairs, and schedules routine maintenance for all transport vehicles.
- Parent Communication & Administrative Oversight: Serves as the primary contact for parent communications, manages transportation records, and maintains program data for clear reporting.
Albany Aquatics Center
- Managing Facility Infrastructure & Equipment: Maintaining multi-pool operations (indoor and outdoor facilities), fitness gear (exercise equipment, kickboards, pull buoys), and clean, accessible amenities like locker rooms, showers, and day-use lockers.
